Has anyone tried using finely ground potato chips as a coating? Salt and Vinegar actually is excellent. A buddy of mine says Walleye with Sour Cream and Onion is unreal as well.

I have used barbecue and sour cream and onion years ago on Walleye, it was okay

tried just about everything out there, including crushed potato chips with various seasonings.....the killer recipe is seasoned fillets of your choice with flour, dip em in eggwash, the the Grand Finale........................Panko crumbs......IMHO, this is the Primo coating of all fish/seafood.....Grump 8)
