I will be in Moosejaw for Christmas this year & was wondering if anybody knew the ice conditions for Deifenbaker & Last Mountain Lake.

Right now it isn't looking good for Dec. I heard that Last mtn. has 2-4" but Deif still has lots of open water. Maybe try some smaller lakes unless it gets cold. +4 and +5 the next 2 day's but on Sun they are calling for a high of -17, that will help alot since there is no snow around here.

N 0f 55, You should be good to go at Christmas, the ice will be thick enough at least for an ATV or snowmobile, with any luck thick enough for a truck, how can you tell I hate walking :)
