I am going to be up finshing on the Churchill River just north of Pelican Narrows over opening weekend. I was wondering if anyone can give me any tips for big pike??? I am a little worried about Ice, but I will keep my fingers crossed. This is the first time that I have been up in the area this early. Usually don't get up until later in June. Any info would help.

I wouldn't be worried about ice on the river, it should be gone in no time. Some of the lakes around there may have ice on them however.

APU.
