Looks like it's been a while since we've had any action in here.

We had a great hunt in the Ducks this past fall for archery elk. Even though we didn't take one, it was successful because we had action all day and laughed our arses off into the evening. We entertained 3 different bulls one evening and got a look at one of those monarchs. He was in full gallop across a meadow at about 80 yards. Spooked him and he was gone. We were just heading out and tripped over him. Didn't eat Elk this year, but lucky on the Moose.Check out his wallow!!!

Keep tilting the glass...it keeps the whiskey from freezing!!!!!

Thats his wallow, he was maintaining it the whole time we were there(every morning). I personally have never seen one that size. When we saw him and heard him, we knew why. He had such a deep resonating bugle it would stand the hair on your neck up. My buddy and I would look at each other after hearing him and say thats him. The other two bulls we knew about were considerably smaller.
